Daniel Lind
My career in the luxury goods industry began in 1988 as a Northeastern University Co-op, repairing fashion watches for a Boston jeweler. With instruction from local watchmakers and by studying Le Manuel Suisse de I'horloger-rehabilleur, I started a home-based watch repair business in the mid 1990s. Eventually I began to design and fabricate watchcases and dials. In 1997, I was recruited to work as Service Manager for Boston's then most luxurious watch retailer. In 2006 I joined European Watch Company, performing restorations and repairs. My responsibilities evolved along with EWC, and I began performing movement maintenance on many of the brands carried by the company. I am a lifelong Bostonian and currently live in the city with my wife and two sons.
