Hal Torman
Born and raised in Cranston, RI, I headed to Northeastern University where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Business Administration degree, majoring in Accounting. My co-ops with the DuPont company jump-started my career path in business finance. After a short stint in Wilmington, DE, I moved back to the Boston area working in the pharma industry notably, Merck, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Sekisui Diagnostics where I held a variety of Finance roles including treasury, mergers/acquisitions and financial planning and analysis. I've always been interested in working for a small business. It runs in my family's blood starting with my grandfather's office supply and stationery business he started in the mid 1900’s. European Watch, being a small family business, provides a great opportunity to fulfill my career ambition. I enjoy learning about the luxury watch business from Albert, Joshua and the great sales and service teams at EWC. Outside of EWC, I am a Board member of my synagogue and local food pantry serving as their Treasurer. My wife Tina and I live north of Boston. Our two daughters live in Philadelphia and Charlottesville.
