IWC 6B/346 Mark XI Caliber 89 RAF Pilot Watch, stainless steel on a grey NATO strap, the Mark XI was introduced in 1948 and is one of the most sought after military-issue watches, issued to the Royal Air Force, sharp and correct caseback engraving, oversized crown, circa 1951, diameter: 36mm, thickness: 12.5mm.
