Patek Philippe 3418 Calatrava, 6-pieces stainless steel case with screwdown back, the "convertible" stainless steel case is extremly sharp and undoubtedly unpolished, it's modular design allows for the lugs to be removed thus giving a choice between a leather strap or a stainless steel bracelet, this watch includes what appears to be the original alligator strap with a stainless steel Patek tang buckle; and the original stainless steel mesh bracelet, manual wind Patek Philippe caliber 12-400, original silver dial with sunburst finish is in excellent original condition, acrylic crystal, size: 34mm, thickness: 9.3mm. Excellent Condition with Patek Philippe box and Patek Philippe archive certificate dated May of 1959.
